Recruitment Project – Clerks – 2009
The appointment orders are dispatched to all the selected candidates whose Roll No.s are displayed on the website. The selected candidates are advised to join at the allotted branch/office, along with the following documents:
- Joining Report (in the enclosed proforma)
- Attested copies of Educational and Educational and Technical Qualifications and date of birth, if not submitted at the time of interview.
- Discharge Certificate from the Employer, if already employed.
- Declarations of Physical Fitness as per point No.4 of this Appointment Order.
- Declarations in Schedule I, II, III & IV as per paragraph No. 5 of this appointment order.
- Two testimonials from two responsible persons not related to them, in original, if not submitted at the time of interview.
- Bio-data (with signature on one photograph). Latest passport size colour photographs (5 in number and not to be affixed) are to be enclosed to the Bio-data (with signature on one photograph)
- Caste Certificate in case of SC/ST/OBC and certificate in case of PH, Ex-Service men candidates (In the latest proforma prescribed by the Government).
- Indemnity Bond on Rs. 100/- Non-Judicial Stamp paper duly attested by Notary (candidate should affix his signature in each page and two witness signatures shall be affixed in the column prescribed).
- Attestation Form in duplicate duly attested by the Authorities specified in the form.
A set of the documents are enclosed along with the appointment orders.

Information to all the candidates selected for the post of Clerk cum Cashier
The appointment orders are already dispatched to all the selected candidates . the selected candidates are advised to report at the Branch/Office with the required documents/papers on 30.04.2010 . With regard to obtaining Indemnity Bond candidates may please note that surety signature has to be obtained on Rs.100/- non judicial stamp paper witnessed by two persons and duly attested by notary invariably. Candidates shall submit Indemnity Bond and surety bond separately on non judicial stamp paper worth Rs.100/- each separately. The proforma of Indemnity Bond and surety Bond are to be submitted while reporting at the branch on 30.04.2010. The candidates can download the format from our website .
